Cashier Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Normore Enterprises Limited. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash wrap and surrounding areas
  • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
  • Participate in promotional activities and maintain a positive attitude towards sales and customer service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
