Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and supervision, with the ability to lead a team and ensure the smooth operation of our buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of maintenance staff to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Requisition and manage maintenance supplies and equipment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role
  • Permanent position with 35 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
