Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Crest Hotel LP. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of maintenance workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and machinery.
    • Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Manage inventory levels of materials and supplies to ensure adequate stock.
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in a safe and healthy environment.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role.
Working Conditions
