We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team at Tink. As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a leader in all business activities related to client accounts, supporting partners in business development and identifying opportunities for client retention and loyalty.
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients wishing to undertake projects or initiatives such as site development, mobile applications, interactive campaigns, promotions, and contests.
  • Provide insights, opinions, ideas, and recommendations for the evolution of client solutions, leveraging your knowledge and experience in the digital domain.
  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously, overseeing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Participate in calls for tenders and collaborate with teams to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and manage client annual 'digital' budgets, staying updated with market trends and industry best practices to ensure our services remain competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A strong knowledge of the digital world with a business-oriented mindset focused on helping clients.
  • The ability to bring people together and navigate political environments, working collaboratively with other agencies while ensuring Tink's position.
  • The ability to analyze client needs and propose creative and effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The ability to establish and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and act as an advisor to them.
  • Excellent proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is required for this position.
  • Highly functional English is required for this position.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, with a concentration in marketing or e-commerce.
