Food Service Team Lead

Guac Mexi Grill is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our fast-paced food service environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food safety standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports, ensuring timely and accurate communication with management and stakeholders.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, with flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions.
