About the Role

At RS Breakers and Controls, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare sales quotes and sales orders to meet customer needs.
  • Assist walk-in customers and respond to inbound inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Use knowledge and training to ensure customers receive the best possible solutions within their budget.
  • Provide superior customer service experience and support shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehousing as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • Experience using CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics 365) is preferred.
  • Experience generating quotations and cold calling.
  • Sales and customer service experience in the electrical industry is an asset.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • General computer literacy.
  • A valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle is an asset.
