Wellness Team Member

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Wellness Team Member to join our team at Nature's Fare Markets. As a key member of our wellness department, you will play a vital role in promoting healthy choices and educating customers on the benefits of vitamins and supplements, natural health and beauty products, and holistic wellness practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers in the wellness department.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their specific needs and goals, and provide recommendations based on their individual requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and participate in regular training sessions to ensure expertise in vitamins, supplements, and natural health and beauty products.
- Contribute to the creation of attractive and organized displays that showcase our products and promote sales.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of vitamins and supplements, with certification preferred.
- Knowledge and passion for beauty and skin care products is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working in a customer-facing environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Strong work ethic and desire to contribute to the health and wellbeing of our customers.
