Wellness Ambassador

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Wellness Team Member to join our team at Nature's Fare Markets. As a Wellness Team Member, you will play a key role in promoting healthy choices and educating customers on the benefits of vitamins and supplements, as well as natural health and beauty products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers in the wellness department.
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their health and wellness goals, and provide recommendations based on their specific needs.
- Participate in regular product knowledge trainings to stay up-to-date on the latest products and trends.
- Use creativity and attention to detail to design attractive and organized displays of products.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of vitamins and supplements, with certification preferred.
- Knowledge and passion for beauty and skin care products is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong work ethic and desire to contribute to the health and wellbeing of customers.
- Ability to work in an energetic and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
