About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assist customers in selecting products, process sales transactions, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and stock merchandise, maintain accurate inventory levels, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with store colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in meeting customer needs.
Requirements
  • Age and Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of experience in a retail, customer service, or delivery position.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
