About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Insurance Advisor to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in helping protect individuals' most valuable assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs, providing personalized solutions to help develop the best coverage for their personal insurance needs (habitational, travel, automobile).
- Follow-up regularly on sales leads and referral prospects to ensure timely and accurate processing of policies.
- Process and conduct renewals, ensuring policies are issued accurately and in a timely manner.
- Achieve sales and retention goals and targets, driving business growth and revenue.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in all our Personal Lines and Auto products through continuous education and learning opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-year Personal Insurance experience.
- Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset, but not required.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment, with a keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency.
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal, with the ability to drive sales initiatives and build strong relationships with clients.
- Industry designation would be considered an asset (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma).
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of $45,000.00 to $55,000.00, based on skills, experience, and working location.
