Store Manager Job at Carquest Montreal North

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Carquest Montreal North. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail store team and driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Management: Oversee store operations, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Agenda Management: Plan and prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage store budgets, track expenses, and optimize profitability.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth, develop strategies, and implement plans to increase sales and market share.
  • Coaching/Training: Provide guidance, support, and training to store staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Commercial Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with customers, and drive sales growth.
  • Customer Follow-up: Ensure excellent customer service, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Employee File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage employee relations.
  • Hiring and Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and manage store staff, including training, development, and performance management.
  • Implementation of Strategies: Develop and implement store strategies, plans, and procedures to achieve business objectives.
  • Operations Planning/Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage store operations, including inventory management, supply chain, and logistics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 years as Parts Manager or Branch Manager.
  • Driver's License: Passenger Car Driver's License.
