Lead Climbing Operations Manager

At Hub Climbing, we are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Markham location. This is a full-time (30-40 hours per week), permanent position responsible for planning and developing policies and events for the climbing gym.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience with Rock Gym Pro software, 2 years of management, supervisor, and route setting experience, as well as 1 year of coaching experience with adults and teenagers. They will be able to climb at a high level and lift 60-80 lbs as required.
This role involves supervising, training, and assessing new and senior staff, developing interesting climbing routes, coordinating special events, and ensuring strict safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
