Hub Climbing Markham is looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our indoor rock-climbing gym. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and events, supervising staff, and ensuring the overall quality of our climbing experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role involves:
- Leading the development and implementation of policies and events;
- Supervising and training new and senior staff members;
- Coordinating special events and activities;
- Ensuring the gym's facilities are well-maintained and meet safety standards;
- Working closely with the facility Directors and Managers to address any issues.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Significant experience in a similar role or industry;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
