Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at JUNOON RESTO LOUNGE. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain accurate records of food quantities and inventory
  • Package take-out food and ensure proper presentation
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure adequate supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
