Job Title: Painter and Decorator

Modern Finishing Inc. is seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Mix and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Advise clients on colours and choice of wall coverings.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in various locations.
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye co-ordination.
  • Ability to distinguish between colours.
  • Physically demanding work, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Work Environment:

Our team works in a variety of locations, including outdoors and underground. We offer a permanent position with a 32-40 hour workweek.Language:

The primary language of work is English.
