Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $36,200 to $45,000 per year, plus an uncapped commissions plan. Additionally, you will enjoy comprehensive medical and dental benefits, as well as paid time off to volunteer with your favorite cause.

Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist at our Vancouver Headquarters, you will work on closing multiple deals at once. You will be empowered to explore your passion and achieve your goals in a collaborative and dynamic environment. You will be part of a team with years of experience and receive exceptional marketing and administrative support.

The role is designed to allow you to wear different hats, develop valuable consultative sales skills, build a strong network, and grow your career. If you love recruitment and sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent business writing skills, communication skills, demonstrable business knowledge, and a passion for success. A Bachelor's Degree or Post-Secondary education from an accredited University is also required. Ability to work on-site in an office on a full-time basis is essential.
