Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Health Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and clinical supervision to staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Psychology or Social Work and active registration with College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) or the Alberta College of Social Work (ACSW). A minimum of 5 years' experience in providing mental health assessment and intervention is also required.

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary range of $83,000 - $118,000 depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including extended health and dental coverage, pension plan, and paid time off.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a key role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of mental health treatment services. You will provide guidance and direction to clinical staff, observe clinical sessions, review documentation, and conduct team case consultations. Your expertise will contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure effective practice.
