About the Position:
We are currently seeking a Mortgage Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team at Meta Mortgage Group - DLC. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our team and ensuring seamless administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Underwriting Team: Assist the underwriting team by gathering necessary documentation, reviewing loan files, and ensuring accurate and complete loan approvals.
  • Client Contact: Serve as a primary point of contact for applicants, responding to inquiries, updating loan application status, and addressing concerns.
  • Document Verification: Thoroughly review applicant-submitted documentation, such as income statements, credit reports, and employment records, to ensure adherence to lending regulations and lender guidelines.
  • Collaboration with Sales Staff: Work closely with our mortgage sales staff to facilitate the loan origination process, collecting documents and communicating with clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed records of loan applications, tracking progress, and communicating updates to clients and the sales team.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on mortgage industry regulations, ensuring loan applications and documentation meet all federal and provincial lending requirements.
  • Teamwork: Cooperate with underwriters, loan officers, appraisers, lawyers, and other colleagues to ensure efficient and smooth loan processing.
