Job Title: Office Administration Clerk

Fundy Xpress Transport is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administration Clerk to join our team. As an Office Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Type and Proofread Correspondence: Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Telephone and Electronic Enquiries: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reports and Data Entry: Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, and perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide general information to clients and the public, and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Organization: Organize and schedule office work, including photocopying, collating, and filing documents.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat Reader, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
  • Transportation: Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
