Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle ERP Implementation Manager to join our esteemed team. As a key member of our Oracle practice, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of various projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of quality work that meets client requirements and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of various projects, including Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and support.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of client deliverables to ensure they meet our client's quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain standard project documentation, including project plans, agendas, lists of tasks, deliverables, and ensure adherence to company Project Management Standards and Software Development best practices.
  • Effectively manage resources, including onshore and offshore teams, by coordinating across teams to ensure adequate staffing levels and skillsets to meet project needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring that projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
  • Proactively work with project teams to create and maintain the Risk Register, Issues Log, Actions, and Decisions.
  • Generate regular reports for senior management and clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials.
  • Postgraduate degree and/or a professional designation is a strong asset.
  • PMI certification is considered an asset.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager, functional lead, or technical lead for projects to implement, upgrade, and support Oracle ERP or other ERP solutions.
  • Cloud computing experience is a strong asset.
  • Experience in different roles at different stages of HCM product implementation projects is a strong asset.
  • Proven experience using project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Clarizen, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
Compensation Package

The expected base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $179,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
