We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Giant Tiger in Greenwood, NS. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating electronic cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with every interaction
• Accurately record customer transactions, manage cash and operate electronic cash registers
• Replenish merchandise around the checkout area, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Ensure health and safety policies and guidelines are followed, promoting a safe working environment
• Maintain Loss prevention best practices, preventing theft and ensuring compliance with company policies

Requirements:
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
