Executive Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Coordinator to join our team at Trans-Logic Truck Lines Ltd.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, meetings, and appointments, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Minute-Taking and Reporting: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Office Procedures and Routines: Develop and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth operation and productivity.
- Communication and Travel: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, arrange travel, and make reservations as needed.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Inventory and Supply Chain: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruptions.
- Documentation and Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Pace and Deadlines: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and effective time management.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks efficiently, minimizing errors and maximizing productivity.
- Multitasking and Flexibility: Demonstrate ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
