Job Description:
The Nursing School network offers a competency-based training program within a socioconstructivist paradigm. Instructors are part of a specific learning unit team that includes clinical nursing situations, simulation teaching, and simulated objective clinical assessments.
Course Overview:
Nursing practice and acquisition of nursing skills in complex or critical health situations. Emphasis on advanced clinical skills application in hospital or community settings.
Responsibilities:
- Teach nursing skills and practice in complex or critical health situations
- Develop and implement competency-based training programs
- Participate in clinical nursing situations, simulation teaching, and simulated objective clinical assessments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing
- Member of the New Brunswick Nurses Association
