Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of sales experts to achieve sales and service objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage store operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and retail metrics
  • Recruit, coach, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with district managers to ensure seamless store operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of retail management experience, preferably in wireless or electronics
  • Proven track record of driving sales and service excellence, as well as operational success
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and retail metrics
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, as well as lift 30-50 pounds and stand for extended periods
