We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director, Commercial Director, or a seasoned Sales Manager/Business Development Manager with a proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets. This role will be pivotal in leading a commercially-focused waste management and recycling operation.
**Key Responsibilities**- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy for the business, driving revenue growth and margin goals.
- Lead the sales team in new business development, performance management, and tender processes as needed.
- Achieve targeted revenue growth and margin goals, while overseeing the sales team's performance.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the waste management and recycling sector, with a strong track record of success in previous roles.
