Lawn Care Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawn Care Supervisor to join our team at Weed Man. As a key member of our outdoor operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our crew, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
- Resolve work problems by providing technical advice to increase the value and functionality of a property.
- Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure seamless execution.
- Plan and estimate labor and materials for projects.
- Organize and direct construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and landscape construction work.
- Maintain accurate work records and logs.
- Read blueprints and drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
Our team works outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols.
