Lawn Care Manager

We are seeking a skilled Lawn Care Supervisor to join our team at Weed Man. As a key member of our outdoor operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our clients' lawns.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient lawn care operations.
- Resolve work problems by providing technical advice to increase the value and functionality of a property.
- Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure seamless lawn care services.
- Plan and estimate labor and materials for lawn care projects.
- Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other outdoor features.
- Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Read blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate lawn care services.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in lawn care or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
Our team works outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
