Job Title: Host/Hostess

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess at Pizza Delight. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

About the Role

As a Host/Hostess, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected from the moment they arrive. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to our company's dress code standards
• Ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at all times, maintaining a clean and efficient work area
• Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting guests, presenting menus, and answering questions
• Upselling menu items to increase sales and enhance the guest experience
• Bus and reset tables, answer phone calls, and perform other duties as required

Requirements

This role requires minimal experience, but a strong ability to work in a team, adapt to new situations, and communicate effectively is essential. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
