Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Saskatchewan Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Cultural Competency: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
- Indigenous Support: Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
Language: English
Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week
