Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Saskatchewan Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage records to optimize resource utilization
- Develop and implement work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels

Requirements- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
