Aircraft Delivery Coordinator

Bombardier is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Delivery Coordinator to join our team at the Completion Center. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our aircraft to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor aircraft readiness and work closely with operations management and shop floor employees to maintain the latest status of the aircraft.
  • Act as a primary point of contact with customers during the presentation and final delivery of the aircraft interior and exterior completion.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Interior Design, Production, Quality, and Project Management, to ensure that all Completion Definition Package specifications are consistent with the aircraft build.
  • Regularly interact with operations management to ensure the delivery plan of the aircraft is in line with customer requirements.
  • Ensure that all technical deliverables and equipment are ready and available for customer review.
  • Participate in sales support visits and coordinate the presentation of production aircraft to prospective buyers.
  • Review and analyze aircraft discrepancies and communicate/recommend corrective actions for the future.
Requirements:
  • College diploma in an aviation-related field of study.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years related experience in business or commercial aviation.
  • Minimum of two (2) years related experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with good project management skills and the ability to set priorities to achieve important milestones.
  • Ability to understand complex technical issues and explain the resolution of these issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and with customers.
  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken), with other languages an asset.
