About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vegetable Picker to join our team at Prairie Oasis Farms LTD. As a key member of our farm crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality produce is harvested and prepared for market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and cultivate crops on our vertical farming system
  • Hand harvest vegetables with precision and care
  • Examine produce for quality and readiness for market
  • Report any signs of insect or disease damage
  • Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes
  • Pack and sort fruits and vegetables for distribution
  • Perform weeding and clean work area tasks
Work Environment

As a Vegetable Picker, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors.
