Hastings House is looking for an energetic, experienced gardener with a farming background to work as our Farm Manager.

At Hastings House, we nurture a small homestead farm. We invite those with a passion for natural beauty and small-scale farming to come grow with us as a team.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan the growing season of the farm to optimize the production of culinary herbs, vegetables, micro-greens, berries, and flowers
- Manage ordering and planting
- Supervise a team of farm hands and gardeners and assigning duties
- Schedule and monitor the staff’s hours
- Work alongside the team on the farm
- Coordinate the harvest and delivery of fruits and vegetables to the kitchen
- Put the farm to bed in the fall

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour
