Job Summary:
York University is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Site Supervisor to assist with daily coordination of maintenance operations for 14 residence buildings on the Keele Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing work orders, issuing service requests, and ensuring timely completion of these requests. Additionally, the role will assist with planning and allocating resources for daily maintenance operations to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for undergraduate residence buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
Process work orders and issue service requests
Coordinate with the Building Operations team to ensure timely completion of work orders
Assist with planning and allocating resources for daily maintenance operations
Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act

Requirements:
Post-secondary diploma
Class 'G' driver's license in good standing
1 year of management or supervisory experience
Experience in maintenance or facilities services environment
Knowledge of maintenance systems and quality assurance programs
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills
Organizational skills
Interpersonal and customer relation skills
Computing skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, presentation, database, email, and asset tracking programs at a beginner level
