Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Helper to join our team at Quality Breeze Inc. As an Insulation Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants in a timely and effective manner.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, taking care to minimize environmental impact.
  • Tend to or feed machines and equipment used in construction, ensuring they are properly maintained and operated.
  • Install vapour barriers and thermal and sound insulation in accordance with industry standards.
  • Fabricate and apply removable insulation pads and covers as required.
  • Measure and cut insulating materials to the required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools.
  • Apply and secure insulation using various methods, including spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping, and other application and installation techniques.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity.
  • Perform tasks that require manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • Availability to start on the advertised start date.
  • Legal ability to work in Canada.
  • Willingness to relocate for this position.
  • Residency in proximity to the advertised location.
