Job Title: Insulator Helper

Quality Breeze Inc. is seeking a skilled Insulator Helper to join our team. As an Insulator Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites to ensure a clean and safe workspace.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction to optimize performance.
  • Install vapour barriers and thermal and sound insulation to meet project specifications.
  • Fabricate and apply removable insulation pads and covers to protect surfaces.
  • Measure and cut insulating materials to required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools.
  • Apply and secure insulation using various application and installation methods.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks that require manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Handle heavy loads and work in a repetitive task environment.

  • Client focus and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Hardworking and willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
Requirements:
  • Will train on the job.
