Job Description:
The IT Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with Go Auto's managed services.
You will work closely with our team to resolve incidents, requests, and perform quality checks to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Addressing and resolving basic and complex incidents and requests
- Managing all incidents and requests to ensure timely completion
- Building strong relationships within Go Auto by working across organizational boundaries
- Mentoring and cross-training other service desk and desk-side analysts
- Growing deeper knowledge of current corporate products to resolve tickets on first contact
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills, good analytical and critical thinking skills, and a passion for helping others.
You should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a service desk or help desk environment and be familiar with Active Directory, Office 365, Windows, and networking principles.
