Linen Chest is seeking a skilled Window Covering Sales and Design Professional to join our team. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to customers, showcasing our high-quality window treatment products, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their window treatment needs and preferences.
- Conduct in-home consultations and present custom window treatment solutions to clients.
- Work closely with our design team to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies to provide expert advice to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and build a strong sales culture.
- Passion for design, sales, and building customer relationships.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Proven sales experience in custom products or services, preferably in home decor or window treatment-related industries.
