Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Mt Ida Machine and Welding. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and developing long-term relationships with existing clients in the metal products manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the machinery and metal equipment products manufacturing sector.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the metal products manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or engineering.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
