Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Spiritual Care Education Coordinator to join our team at St. Boniface Hospital.

Reporting to the Manager, Spiritual Care Services, this role will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating spiritual care education programs, providing frontline Spiritual Care Services to patients, families, and staff, and participating on committees.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have three years of hospital Spiritual Health Care experience, a Master's degree in Divinity or Theology, and Supervisor certification with the Canadian Association of Spiritual Care (CASC). They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand French and English.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
