Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kentucky Fried Chicken. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and served to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure a smooth operation
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food meets quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management as required

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service or related industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
