Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kentucky Fried Chicken. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to prepare and serve high-quality food.
- Train Staff: Provide training and guidance to our kitchen staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary resources.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our inventory management and improve our operations.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on our food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or kitchen management role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
