About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to join our team in Brossa. As a key member of our Corporate Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, conducting financial and strategic analyses, and developing business cases to support our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry experts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and financial models
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on M&A opportunities and growth initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Development, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
