Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at Recruitment Partners. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our legal team by drafting and reviewing contracts, managing contract data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, including amendments and renewals, using standard contract templates.
  • Contract Management: You will manage contract data, including entering and maintaining contract information in our contract database system.
  • Invoice Preparation and Issuance: You will prepare and issue regular monthly and one-time client invoices according to standard contract administration procedures.
  • Communication and Collaboration: You will communicate regularly with our legal team, managers, and insurance agents to assess contract risk and ensure contract requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, or an accredited 1-2 year Certificate or Diploma program, with minimal or up to 2 years of related work experience in an office administration, legal, or accounting role.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet (specifically Microsoft Excel), and database applications. Self-starter with lots of initiative and an eagerness to learn new skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Proven customer service skills in dealing with colleagues and clients in a highly professional manner. Excellent attention to detail and a flexible approach to work responsibilities.
