Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Southam Holdings Inc. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, processing orders, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, unpack, and count incoming stock, verifying quantities against delivery notes
  • Organize and store products in designated areas, adhering to safety protocols and company standards
  • Process customer orders, accurately selecting and packing items for shipment or pickup
  • Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels, including tracking inventory movements and discrepancies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly inventory targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant work experience a plus
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with inventory management principles and practices an asset
Compensation and Benefits
