About the Role

Martin Mathieu is seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, Supervise and Schedule Staff: Lead a team of grounds maintenance staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties.
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the daily work schedule to ensure efficient use of resources and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain Work Records and Logs: Accurately record and maintain records of work completed, including materials used and equipment maintained.
  • Requisition or Order Materials, Equipment and Supplies: Procure necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Work Term and Hours: This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English or French.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
