Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Labourer to join our team at Beau-site paysagiste inc. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the beauty and safety of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and maintain grass and other vegetation to ensure a well-manicured appearance
  • Operate equipment such as carts and spreaders to transport and apply topsoil and other materials
  • Lay sod or seed to repair and maintain turf
  • Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our outdoor spaces
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment. You will be required to lift heavy equipment and materials, and work in a variety of weather conditions.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role
  • Experience is an asset, but not necessary
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
Language and Work Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in French and is a temporary position. You will be required to work 40 hours per week.
