Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - Tuxedo Villa

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement resident care plans to ensure effective and personalized care.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to personal care staff, including planning, directing, supervising, and evaluating their work.
  • Assist in orienting and training new team members.
  • Ensure adherence to Infection Prevention & Control and Health & Safety programs throughout the department.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the provincial College of Nurses.
  • Compassion, professionalism, and respect.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
