We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Dollarama L.P. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily retail store operations, providing support to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, and acting as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily retail store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and store appearance.
- Provide support to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in managing store operations, including inventory processes and new employee training.
- Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed, assigning tasks to employees and ensuring store opening/closing procedures are followed.
- Participate in inventory processes and new employee training.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in the retail industry.
- Ambition to progress within the company.
- Flexible availability required (day, evening, weekend).
- Proven ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities.
- Demonstrate good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume environment.
