Merchandising Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at SAS Retail Services Canada. As a Merchandising Team Lead, you will be responsible for executing retail merchandising plans in grocery stores across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute retail merchandising plans in grocery stores, including resets and relines
  • Tag, rotate, and place products on shelves, adjusting shelf heights and movement as needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with SAS Retail Services Management, Store Management, and assigned merchandisers
  • Timely electronic reporting of reset execution and work hours
Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation to one or multiple local locations
  • Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50+ pounds
  • Comfortable working with smartphone technology
  • Prior grocery or big box store retail merchandising experience preferred
  • Planogram experience preferred, with training available
  • Ability to work independently or with other merchandisers
What We Offer:
  • $18/hour pay
  • Morning/Day Time schedule (no nights or weekends)
  • Flexible schedule, Monday through Thursday mornings/days
